emagine is a high-end IT services and consulting company with a Warsaw-based Contract Management team. This role focuses on handling contracts for Polish, Scandinavian and Romanian markets, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will manage client and consultant contracts, maintain data integrity across systems, and support process improvements in collaboration with Account Managers and invoicing teams.

Formación

• Must have strong contract management experience in a corporate or IT services environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documents and databases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Create, correct and send multiple types of contracts to clients and consultants for Polish, Scandinavian and Romanian markets.
• Manage your own portfolio of clients from an administrative and contract perspective, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Handle contract management tasks including creations, extensions and terminations.
• Create, adjust and update contract templates according to client framework agreements.
• Ensure correct and up-to-date data in systems; synchronize data across databases.
