Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an IT & Contract Analysis Consultant to support a project mapping contractual agreements to IT applications, services and infrastructure components.

You will analyze contracts, maintain data inventories, and document IT landscape across business and IT stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in consulting or business/IT analysis, strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, IT analysis, project support, or a similar role.
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, filtering, and data cleansing.
• Good understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, cloud services, and technology environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business, procurement, legal, and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts and related documentation to identify associated IT services, applications, and infrastructure components.
• Support contract mapping, classification, and traceability activities within the IT landscape.
• Consolidate, validate, and maintain project data in Excel-based inventories and trackers.
• Perform data analysis, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
