Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a Junior professional to support the end-to-end contract lifecycle for licensing agreements and amendments. You will work with Licensing, Legal, and Finance teams, gaining hands-on experience in contract preparation, review, and tracking in a collaborative environment that supports growth.

You will draft and review standard contracts, maintain databases, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (Business Administration, Finance, Law preferred).
• German or French at Grade B2 or higher, English at Grade B2; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills; initial knowledge or experience in contract administration is an asset.
• Basic understanding of contract management principles and legal terminology, as well as previous experience in customer service, service delivery, contract administration, or a related field, are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing standard contracts, amendments, and related documentation under supervision.
• Maintain and update contract databases, track issues, and support preparation of internal reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required documentation, approvals, and follow up on resolutions.
• Provide administrative support, participate in team meetings, and support process improvement initiatives.
