Job summary

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project plans, dependencies, milestones and dashboards, ensure QA and audit readiness, and communicate clear status updates to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology-focused initiatives or programs.
• Strong dashboard reporting and MS Excel skills for trackers and dashboards.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear communications for diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA standards.
• Collaborative, proactive, with agile mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technology-focused initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across software development and delivery teams.
• Maintain project documentation, Excel trackers, dashboards, and reporting.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders with clear communication.
• Ensure alignment with QA standards, governance, and audit requirements.
• Analyze information and translate into actionable recommendations.
• build partnerships and promote effective communication across teams.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities; support timely resolution.
• Foster an agile, collaborative approach with strong analytical skills.
