Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Senior Total Rewards professional to lead compensation programs across the group in Poland. You will own job evaluation, salary benchmarking, merit increases, promotions and bonus design, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

You will partner with HRBPs and business leaders, analyze market data, and deliver executive summaries. The role requires English and Polish fluency, analytical rigor, and a drive for process automation including AI.

Qualifications

5+ years in Senior Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits or HRBP/HR generalist with analytics.
End-to-end compensation lifecycle management experience.
Fluent in English and Polish (C1+).

Responsibilities

Implement and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentives.
Manage lifecycle of compensation processes: job evaluation, benchmarking, merit increases, promotions, and bonus payouts.
Analyze salary surveys and market data to benchmark levels and inform adjustments.
Ensure compliance with applicable compensation laws and internal policies.
Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to communicate compensation information and respond to inquiries.
Develop concise summaries of complex data for decision-making.
Lead Total Rewards projects, including Pay Transparency initiatives, and pursue automation using AI.
