Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a visionary Head of International Delivery and Solutions Development to lead cross-border logistics strategy for global expansion in Warszawa. You will manage international teams, build partnerships, and drive innovative, scalable logistics solutions.

The role requires senior leadership experience in international logistics, strong financial acumen, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Operations and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership in international logistics, e-commerce delivery, supply chain or courier services.
• Ability to turn expansion goals into scalable, resilient delivery strategies.
• Experience managing P&L, budgeting and pricing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the international delivery strategy to support global expansion.
• Oversee contracts, pricing frameworks and financial performance.
• Lead international delivery teams and develop leadership talent.
