Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, procurement, or related field.
3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing with hands-on sourcing execution and contract management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end category requests, ensuring compliance before execution.
Execute sourcing for low-to-medium complexity events, including RFx and negotiations.
Analyze spend data and perform market research to identify opportunities.
Design and run RFx events with proper structures, criteria, and timelines.
Manage contracts end-to-end and maintain audit-ready records.
Track supplier performance and mitigate risks.
Engage stakeholders in sourcing and contracting activities.
Coordinate due diligence and approvals with IT Sourcing.
Support process improvements within the scope of operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
