Job summary

SimCorp Warsaw is seeking a technically adept professional to strengthen GPSD technology and Operational Excellence capabilities. You’ll bridge business needs with Workday back-end operations and AI initiatives, delivering prototype-to-production solutions.

You will collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance to ensure privacy and security standards, and guide colleagues on AI tools and new workflows across HR and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR technology, HRIS, automation, or digital transformation.
• Strong hands-on Workday experience (HCM and Recruiting/Reporting) preferred.
• Experience with AI tools and automation (Claude, Copilot, Power Automate).
• Comfort working across multiple systems and APIs/integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Shape technology-enabled improvements across GPSD processes and platforms.
• Identify and implement automation, AI, and digitization opportunities.
• Support Workday and other system enhancements, including requirements, testing, and implementation.
• Translate operational needs into scalable solutions with IT and technical teams.
• Improve data, reporting, dashboards, and operational insights.
• Lead AI projects within Operational Excellence as technical lead.
