Carrier Global Corporation in Poland is seeking a Director, HR Technology & AI Solutions to lead the HR tech transformation and multi‑year roadmap, bringing together Workday Talent capabilities, Microsoft Copilot, AI‑powered solutions, and enterprise platforms for seamless employee experiences and measurable business value.

You will also lead a growing team of workforce product managers and future AI-focused resources, driving adoption and ROI across HR and IT functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR/workforce tech, enterprise applications, product management, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams and complex portfolios.
• Deep understanding of Workday Talent products and talent technology strategies.
• Experience leading technology initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Design workforce tech strategy and architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and AI platforms.
• Lead AI & automation innovation including Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot; drive adoption of AI capabilities in Workday Talent.
• Define workforce product visions and multi-year roadmaps with value realization metrics.
• Develop robust business cases and track ROI to ensure platform adoption and business impact.
• Serve as an executive advisor translating tech strategies into clear business outcomes and drive alignment.
