Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Director, HR Technology & AI Solutions in Poland to lead a multi-year HR technology transformation. You will unify Workday Talent, Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise platforms to create seamless employee experiences and measurable business value.

You will build and scale the workforce technology roadmap and lead a growing team of product managers and AI-focused resources, while advising HR, IT, and executives to translate complex tech strategies into

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years in HR/Workforce Tech, enterprise apps or solution architecture.
5+ years in leadership roles managing teams and large portfolios.
Deep understanding of Workday Talent products and talent tech strategies.
Experience leading initiatives in complex matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

Design and scale end-to-end workforce architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and AI platforms.
Develop a multi-year HR tech and AI transformation roadmap aligned to business priorities.
Lead evaluation and implementation of AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.
Provide leadership for Workday Talent product strategy and AI-driven workforce growth.
Develop business cases, ROI metrics, and track platform adoption across the org.
