Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Senior HRBP / HR Manager in Warsaw (Hybrid) to partner with Consulting Leadership and drive people strategy across the practice.

You will lead the HRBP & Excellence Team, shape a modern People Agenda with AI-enabled processes, and collaborate with the HR Director to transform HR operations.

The role requires strong data-backed advisory, experience in complex matrix environments, and a hands-on mindset to implement automation and AI solutions.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Senior HRBP, HR Manager, or similar strategic role in consulting or complex matrix environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into data-backed People solutions with measurable KPIs.
• Hands-on interest in HR process automation and AI implementation (e.g., Copilot, AI agents).
• Proven stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and empowering team leadership.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HRBP / HR Manager to act as a strategic advisor to the Consulting Leadership Team and Partners, while leading our Consulting HRBP & Excellence Team.

In this role, you will bridge executive people advisory with digital innovation. Partnering directly with the HR Director, you will drive the digital and AI transformation across HR processes—automating workflows, deploying AI agents, and shaping a modern People Agenda for Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: Advise Leadership and Partners on talent strategy, org design, succession planning, and annual performance/promotion governance.
• HR Digital & AI Transformation: Map end-to-end HR processes and co-lead the rollout of AI tools, AI agents, RPA, and M365 automation to boost operational efficiency.
• Data-Driven Insights: Combine internal metrics with market benchmarks to deliver actionable people analytics and predictive recommendations for leadership.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HRBP and Excellence Team, upskilling them in strategic advisory, data analytics, and digital/AI tools.
• D&I and Reward Governance: Oversee Fair Representation goals and collaborate with the C&B team on annual compensation and bonus cycles.
