Job summary

Antal is seeking a Senior HR Services Specialist to join an international HR Operations team in Kraków. You will support employees through the lifecycle, handle complex HR cases, and ensure HR processes are accurate and timely.

This senior specialist role has no direct people management responsibilities. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams to maintain data quality, run audits, and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and data management.
• Excellent Excel skills and data reconciliation experience.
• Experience with audits or compliance processes.
• English proficiency for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Handling HR administration processes including hiring, rehiring, employee changes, salary updates, and terminations.
• Managing complex or escalated employee cases and ensuring timely resolution.
• Supporting the team with difficult cases and sharing HR process knowledge.
• Monitoring open cases and helping reduce backlogs.
• Checking employee data and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Supporting HR audits and internal controls.
• Identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements.
• Preparing HR reports and analyzing operational data.
• Maintaining HR procedures, work instructions, and internal documentation.
• Working with HR, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and other internal teams.
• Supporting HR projects, system testing, process transitions, and implementations.
• Working with HR systems and supporting data uploads and validation.
