Job summary

emagine is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to own the full HR operations lifecycle for Poland, based in Warsaw. You will partner with payroll providers, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements to scale People operations across the business.

You will develop HR policies, maintain data integrity in the HRIS, and produce analytics that inform leadership decisions. This role requires 5+ years in HR Operations, strong knowledge of Polish employment law, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an HR Operations/People Ops role in tech, consultancy, or international setting.
• Experience coordinating external payroll providers across Poland.
• Strong grounding in Poland employment law and compliance.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end processes and drive improvements.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations lifecycle for Poland (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding).
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and process maps; identify gaps.
• Maintain HR data integrity across HRIS; generate analytics for decisions.
• Be the internal SME on Polish employment law and compliance; lead initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll providers in Poland; oversee monthly cycles.
