Job summary

Antal in Kraków is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join an international HR Service Delivery team. You will manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, handle complex cases, and ensure data accuracy and compliance while supporting audits and process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in HR Operations, strong Excel, SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM, and ServiceNow HRSD. You will collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR Tech teams in a hybrid office-based

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Workforce Administration, Employee Services, or HR Shared Services.
• End-to-end HR administration experience and handling complex cases.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM.
• Experience using ServiceNow HRSD.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and reconciliations.
• Excellent English communication and independence in prioritising work.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Handle complex, urgent, and escalated employee cases from start to finish.
• Review and reduce outstanding cases, prioritising urgency and compliance risk.
• Investigate recurring errors, delays, and service issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure data and documentation are accurate and compliant with policies.
• Assist audits, control activities, and quality checks.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports on backlogs, SLAs, and escalations.
• Use Excel to analyse data, reconcile, and support mass data uploads.
• Maintain HR procedures, work instructions, and knowledge articles.
• Provide process guidance and knowledge sharing to the team.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology.
• Support HR system testing, process improvements, and project activities.
