Job summary

Netwrix is seeking a hands-on HR Operations professional to manage EMEA HR activities from Kraków. You’ll work with regional HR Business Partners to scale processes and ensure alignment with the global model.

The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the Kraków office and collaboration across multiple countries. You’ll own onboarding, payroll inputs, employee data, and policy documentation, while driving improvements for consistency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in HR operations across multiple EMEA countries (France, Germany, UK, Poland, Romania).
• Hands-on payroll inputs and benefits administration in more than one country.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data handling for HR processes.
• Experience configuring or improving an HRIS and HR data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run EMEA HR operations end to end: onboarding, probation, contracts, transfers, leave, offboarding, and records across countries.
• Deliver a great HR service: manage queries via HR ticketing, meet response times, create self-service guidance.
