Job summary

Uber in Kraków is seeking a detail‑oriented People Operations Specialist to own HR data management and lifecycle events from onboarding to offboarding. You will ensure data integrity in HRIS systems, handle escalations, and collaborate with Payroll, IT, and regional COEs to deliver accurate employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with direct experience in HR data management.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve Tier 2 escalations, providing clear, empathetic guidance in line with policy.
• Execute complex HR data transactions and lifecycle events (onboarding, job changes, terminations).
• Serve as a liaison between employees, vendors, and COEs to resolve inquiries and ensure service consistency regionally.
• Participate in UAT for system enhancements and ensure regional nuances are incorporated.
• Research data discrepancies and collaborate with Payroll, IT and other People Ops teams.
• Refine Tier 0/1 knowledge content and support AI tooling to reduce desk workload.
• Analyze ServiceNow and HRIS data trends to identify friction points and propose scalable solutions.
• Monitor data quality through audits and propose process improvements.
