Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a Senior HR Learning Services Specialist with German to lead end-to-end Learning Services activities in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to standardize processes, manage complex programs and drive continuous improvement in training and learning systems.

You will serve as a trusted contact across the organization, ensuring compliance and high-quality employee experiences while leveraging SAP/SuccessFactors and other LMS

Qualifications

• German at minimum C1 level and English at minimum B2 level, with confident written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in Learning Operations, HR Services or a comparable operational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong experience in process standardization, stabilization and continuous improvement, ideally in a shared-services context.
• Experience in project work or project management, including ownership of complex programs or improvement initiatives.
• Ability to understand complex facts and processes, connect dependencies and translate them into structured actions.
• Proven stakeholder-management and influencing skills, including challenging constructively and aligning partners.
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style with strong prioritization and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Learning Services activities across training management, vendor-related processes, promotions and program rollouts.
• Standardize and stabilize processes after transition, identify gaps, clarify responsibilities and translate local requirements into scalable processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data and stakeholder feedback to improve efficiency, quality and customer experience.
• Serve as a key point of contact for complex cases, guiding employees, managers and partners across hierarchy levels.
• Build strong relationships with local CoE, PPM and other stakeholders, managing difficult conversations and competing priorities.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and operational requirements, internal guidelines, SOPs and deadlines.
• Prioritize work independently, anticipate risks and escalate when decisions or resources are needed.
• Share expertise within the team and support colleagues in complex topics to foster accountability and learning.
