Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English (min C1) required.
• At least 6 years of HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support HR activities across the employee lifecycle in Germany and Poland.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in day-to-day HR transactions.
• Act as SME for the Competence Center and back up Team Manager when needed.
• Lead process improvements and contribute to harmonization across regions.
