Job summary

ALK in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to manage HR systems, data quality, and reporting for the Spanish HR team. You will work hybrid from Kraków and collaborate remotely with Madrid, reporting to the HR Director Southern Europe & Poland.

The role focuses on Workday governance, data-driven dashboards, budget follow-up, and maintaining HR documentation while supporting international projects and stakeholder requests.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or equivalent.
• 5+ years in HR Operations/Generalist in international company.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems; Workday is a must.
• Experience in budget follow-up and invoice management.
• Strong analytics; experience building reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for Spanish employees on the HR system (Workday).
• Ensure HR systems and data are accurate and up to date.
• Turn HR data into insights via dashboards and reports for HR leadership.
• Follow up the Spanish HR budget; track spend and report deviations.
• Keep HR documents, manuals and the employee handbook updated.
• Maintain benefits administration data for Spain from onboarding to offboarding.
• Support HR projects and external consultants; manage HR inbox tasks.
• Back-up colleagues and provide remote coordination with Madrid team.
