Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków seeks a Workday Integrations Specialist to bridge HR and technical teams, delivering scalable Workday integrations. You will own the design and lifecycle of integrations across core HR modules, ensuring security and compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs, and a strong grasp of governance and data protection in regulated environments. Hybrid work arrangement supports in-office collaboration and focused remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday experience in HCM integrations.
• Experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Workday implementations or major tenant refreshes.
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Workday integrations bridging HR stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Own integration lifecycle from requirements through post-production support.
• Configure integrations across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll.
• Ensure secure authentication and governance for access and audits.
