Danish Crown Global Business Services in Kraków is seeking an experienced H2R Operations Team Leader to drive HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensure data integrity, and support payroll activities. You will lead a team of coordinators, collaborate with local HR, and uphold service levels across the business.

You will manage process performance, develop documentation, and drive continuous improvements in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration teams.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire).
• Experience with KPIs, SLA and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Experience developing and maintaining process documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the H2R Coordinators/ Specialists and manage daily operations, workload, and planning.
• Ensure data integrity across employee lifecycle and payroll-related activities.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, CSAT and assess process effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support long-term team structure planning with Process Director based on business needs and budget.
