Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in Kraków is seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist who bridges HR stakeholders and technical delivery teams, owning end-to-end Workday integration design.

You will design scalable, compliant solutions and align with Finance and HR to deliver value. The role combines functional knowledge with hands-on technical capability, focusing on Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent and Payroll integrations in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday experience in HCM integrations (Studio, EIB, APIs).
• Experience leading full lifecycle Workday implementations or major tenant refreshes.
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Workday integration solutions across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll modules. Partner with HR teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday integrations. Conduct impact assessments for releases, enhancements, and regulatory changes. Own governance frameworks for access, role rationalization, and audit readiness. Follow SDLC framework for enhancements and projects.
