Qualifications

• Solid HR expertise in a multinational environment with strong Workday knowledge.
• Experience as Process Owner, Global Process Lead, HR Operations, or Workday SME.
• Proven track record in standardization, automation, and digital transformation across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve global employee lifecycle and people data processes.
• Act as global SME for People Data and Workday-related processes.
• Partner with HR Technology teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Lead standardization and simplification across regions and functions.
• Drive automation and digital transformation to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Support changes to data structures, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with global standards in system enhancements and process changes.
• Assist with requirements clarification, testing, documentation, and change management.
• Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Promote best-practice use of Workday and related HR tech.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure privacy compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Monitor industry trends to drive ongoing innovation.
