Job summary

Alfa Laval in Kraków is seeking an HR Partner to provide operational HR support for employees and managers in Poland, focusing on Polish HR administration and employment law. The role covers employee lifecycle activities, HR systems (Workday), data reporting, and continuous process improvement, reporting to the Regional HR Shared Service Center Manager in Kraków.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR operations or Employee Lifecycle roles.
• Experience with Polish employment law.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Experience with Workday is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support to Poland employees and managers.
• Handle HR queries via the HR case management system and by phone.
• Execute HR lifecycle activities in Workday and related payroll systems.
• Maintain accurate employee personal files and HR data.
• Ensure Polish labour law compliance in HR processes.
• Support HR processes for smaller regional countries as needed.
• Promote a service-oriented HR culture with excellent employee experience.
