Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience in UA
• Expert-level managing campaigns across Meta/Google Ads at scale
• Proven track record optimizing ROAS, CPA and LTV
• Solid understanding of web attribution principles
• Proficient in BI tools and data analysis (Looker/Tableau/PowerBI, SQL, Excel)
• Experience using AI tools to automate marketing workflows
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Business-owner mindset focused on impact on LTV and retention
• Upper-intermediate/advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale UA campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Own strategy and KPIs end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Monitor and optimize account structure, bidding, and audience segmentation
• Lead creative testing frameworks and scalable testing systems
• Drive incremental growth through rapid experimentation
• Manage dynamic budget allocation to maximize ROAS

• Analyze LTV, monetization, and web funnels; investigate variances
• Generate insights from performance data and provide strategic recommendations
