Job summary

Flohealth is seeking an experienced performance marketing leader to plan, execute, and scale web user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat. Build a scalable UA engine and own strategy, KPIs, and budgets for maximum ROAS.

You will collaborate with analytics, creative, MarTech, and growth teams in a fast-paced, privacy-first environment, driving digital growth with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition.
• Expert-level experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (incl. DemGen/YT).
• Hands-on experience in TikTok Ads and/or Snapchat Ads.
• Proficiency with BI tools and SQL for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale web user acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat — building a scalable UA engine.
• Own your strategy and KPIs end-to-end: we provide the resources and the 'why,' you define the 'how.'
• Monitor and optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation across platforms.
• Lead creative testing frameworks — build scalable systems for testing creatives and replicating wins.
• Drive incremental growth through performance-focused strategy and rapid experimentation.
• Own dynamic budget allocation to maximize ROAS.
• Use AI tools to streamline reporting, creative testing analysis, and campaign optimization.
