Job summary

EverAI is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition channels, scale high-performing campaigns, and partner with our CMO to drive growth. You’ll test new channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) and scale campaigns across networks while building scalable processes and reporting.

You will work with a global remote team with a focus on rapid iteration, creative optimization, and data-driven decision making to hit aggressive user growth targets.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Ownership and Scaling: lead one or two paid channels with potential to expand.
• Performance Analysis and Strategy: monitor CPA, ROAS, retention and cohort behavior.
• Creative & Funnel Optimization: define hooks and brief creatives; optimize landing pages.
• Partnership Management & Media Strategy: build relationships with traffic sources and negotiate deals.
• Automation & Scaling Systems: create SOPs and experimentation pipelines for scaling campaigns.
