Flo is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing role in Warsaw to own web user acquisition campaigns across major platforms and optimize ROAS, CPA and LTV. You will lead end-to-end strategy, collaborate with analytics and growth teams, and drive rapid experimentation in a privacy-first healthtech context.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, AI-assisted automation, and a cross-functional approach to improve web funnels and monetization while reporting clear KPIs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing with strong UA focus.
• Experience managing large budgets and optimizing ROAS/CPA/LTV.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms and BI tools.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using AI to automate marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and scale UA across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Own strategy and KPIs end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Optimize account structure, bidding and audience segmentation.
• Lead creative testing and scalable testing frameworks.
• Drive growth through rapid experimentation and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative and growth teams; write requirements.
• Analyze LTV, monetization, and web funnels; surface opportunities.
