Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead AI, Cloud & DevOps Platform Operations. This role drives SRE and support for enterprise AI workloads, multi-cloud estates (AWS/GCP), and OpenShift/Kubernetes ecosystems. You will shape platform resilience, governance, and incident response at scale.

Expect leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, collaboration with executives, and a focus on automated, secure, and observable platforms with continuous improvements.

Qualifications

10–13+ years of technical leadership in SRE/DevOps within enterprise environments.
Proven track record in cloud migrations and platform modernization.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead SRE and Support teams for availability, scalability, and performance of AI platforms and hybrid cloud estates.
Oversee OpenShift/Kubernetes platform reliability, cloud operations, security, and cost optimization.
Define standards for resilience, telemetry, and incident response with RCA culture.
Drive IaC and automated deployment gates, and champion chaos engineering practices.
