Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President (C14) – AI, Cloud & DevOps Platform Operations Lead to manage SRE and Support teams across on-premises and hybrid cloud estates. You will drive reliability, platform standards, and enterprise CI/CD for GenAI workloads, containers, and AI inference platforms.

Qualifications

• 10–13+ years of technical leadership in SRE or platform engineering within enterprise/financial services.
• 5+ years managing distributed global teams.
• Proven cloud migrations and platform modernization with executive communication.
• Hands-on with OpenShift and Kubernetes, security/RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRE and Support teams for availability, reliability and performance of AI platforms and cloud estates.
• Oversee public/hybrid cloud operations (AWS/GCP) and governance.
• Define architectural standards, service mesh integration, and multi-region failover.
• Drive IaC, automated deployment gates, and zero-downtime upgrades.
• Lead incident reviews and RCA remediation.
