Job summary

Mistral in Warsaw is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Cloud Platform team. You will shape reliability, scalability, and performance of our Cloud platform and customer-facing apps, working with software engineers to meet internal and external expectations.

The role emphasizes production system stability, on-call rotations, automation, CI/CD, and collaboration across disciplines to enable scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps or SRE with strong infrastructure experience.
• Proven in production troubleshooting and on-call rotations.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
• Scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Solid networking and security fundamentals.
• Experience in AI/ML environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available infrastructures.
• Operate production systems and respond to issues, including on-call.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Develop CI/CD workflows and container orchestration tooling.
• Participate in on-call rotations and root-cause analysis.
• Drive automation for deployment and orchestration.
• Collaborate with engineers on model-training workflows.
• Build a cloud platform that abstracts infrastructure complexity.
• Create new tooling to improve reliability and performance.
• Ensure security and compliance with the security team.
