Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Software Senior Developer to join Citi's Developer Services Team in Poland. You will automate processes, build MCP servers for AI interactions, and advance CI/CD, SRE, and enterprise resilience in a global finance environment.

You'll collaborate with developers and IT specialists, work in an agile setting, and help scale low-latency systems while reducing operational risk.

Qualifications

• Senior software developer with Python/Shell/Bash/Java/Go experience and MCP server knowledge.
• Experience in CI/CD within large enterprise tech stacks and automation.
• Strong understanding of SRE/DevOps practices and AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality, scalable software in an agile environment using modern tech.
• Automate manual/repetitive processes and integrate services with AI tools.
• Build and maintain MCP servers for AI models to interact with enterprise systems.
