Job summary

InPost seeks a senior leader to shape the future of Platform Engineering across the organisation. The role connects Platform Delivery, CloudOps, DevOps, SRE, Developer Experience, and AI Foundations into a cohesive internal platform product.

You will drive the platform roadmap, set engineering standards, and lead the migration from on-prem to Google Cloud Platform while enabling scalable AI adoption and self-service capabilities across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Demonstrated leadership in platform engineering.
Experience with cloud-native architecture and scaling.
Strong collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the long-term Platform Engineering roadmap.
Make strategic architectural and technology decisions across the platform domain.
Establish engineering standards, cloud-native practices, and quality benchmarks.
Lead the adoption of a platform-centric operating model and self-service capabilities.
Provide technical leadership for migration from on-prem to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Shape foundations for scalable and secure AI adoption.
Partner with staff engineers and stakeholders to deliver a unified platform vision.
