Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Product Designer to join a global enterprise initiative embedded across HR, Finance, and Procurement, focused on transforming employee experiences and internal service channels using ServiceNow.

You will conduct user research, map journeys, design UI in Figma, and hand over to developers with clear packs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, while applying accessibility standards and scalable design systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise digital product design, UX research, service design, and UI prototyping.
Strong proficiency in Figma and journey-mapping tools; knowledge of accessibility and enterprise design systems.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise portals.
Business-fluent English and Polish to lead stakeholder workshops and conduct international user research.
Ability to work autonomously, turning ambiguous inputs into tangible design deliverables.

Responsibilities

User Research & Usability Testing: Plan and execute qualitative interviews and usability tests.
Service & Journey Mapping: Map current and future-state user journeys across corporate service areas.
UI Design & Prototyping: Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes in Figma for ServiceNow portals.
Data-Driven Iteration: Test concepts with users and iteratively refine designs based on findings.
Developer Handover & Collaboration: Provide developer-ready design packs and work with cross-functional teams.
