Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect / Manager to lead designing, implementing, extending and maintaining ServiceNow solutions across IRM/GRC, HRSD, SecOps, CMS and ITOM. You will collaborate with architects, business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions aligned with platform best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Proven development background delivering end-to-end ServiceNow projects.
• ServiceNow CAD and/or CIS certifications preferred.
• Strong ITIL and enterprise service management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications across modules.
• Implement workflows, automations, business rules, and data models.
• Collaborate with leads to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Translate requirements into actionable development tasks.
