Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our global delivery network. You will implement, extend, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, collaborating with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.

You will work on IRM/GRC, HRSD, SecOps, CSM and ITOM projects, contribute to dashboards and analytics, and help drive platform improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Proven development background delivering multiple end‑to‑end ServiceNow projects.
• ServiceNow CAD and/or CIS certifications (with IRM, HRSD, SecOps, or ITOM preferred).
• Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications across supported modules.
• Implement workflows, automation, business rules, integrations, and data models according to functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with technical leads and architects to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
• Build and optimize UI policies, client scripts, scripts includes, integrations, and ACLs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and quality assurance to ensure reliable delivery.
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, performance improvements, and issue resolution.
• Implement and maintain dashboards, reporting, and Performance Analytics elements.
• Cooperate with teams working across ServiceNow modules, including IRM / GRC, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, ITOM, and others.
• Readiness to participate in ServiceNow Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
• Cooperation with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new ServiceNow technologies/solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
• Reporting the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post‑implementation review
