Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre is seeking an experienced Talent Projects (Senior) Coordinator to drive delivery of high-potential leadership programmes and manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement. The role supports the Emerging Talent team with end-to-end lifecycle delivery from recruitment to onboarding and programme execution.

You will coordinate logistics, manage budgets and KPIs, and contribute to global reporting and stakeholder briefings.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership/emerging talent delivery.
• Understanding of end-to-end talent lifecycle processes across recruitment, onboarding and programme delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence up to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate High Potential programmes and leadership pipelines, including admin tasks, communications, and data management.
• Provide updates on programme performance and budgets to the Head of Emerging Talent and Director of Talent.
• Track operational budgets, spend and KPIs for talent programmes.
• Create briefing packs (Word and PowerPoint) for the Head of Emerging Talent on programme delivery.
• Manage programme logistics and events, including bookings, timetables, transportation and feedback.
• Support global reporting with quarterly talent pack inputs and dashboards.
• Coordinate wider talent activities such as talent cards, training requirements, budget tracking and supplier communications.
• Assist on project plans, milestones and reporting to talent committees.
• Own global reporting for emerging talent programmes.
