Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow seeks an Emerging Talent Delivery Lead with German to drive end-to-end delivery of early careers programmes across Poland, Germany and the UK. You will partner with business stakeholders and outsourced providers to ensure seamless recruitment, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding, while maintaining governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in early careers and emerging talent delivery.
• Understanding of end-to-end talent lifecycle processes.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• German at minimum C1 level (business-fluent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver BAU recruitment, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding.
• Oversee Poland hiring and programmes; remotely support the UK team.
• Coordinate programme milestones including induction, graduation and feedback.
• Manage suppliers and drive continuous improvement across the delivery model.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and governance frameworks.
