Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an Emerging Talent Delivery Lead with German to join our Kraków Global Capability Centre. This hybrid, full-time role covers Poland, Germany and the UK, delivering end-to-end talent programmes and managing supplier relationships.

You will drive BAU recruitment, onboarding, and programme delivery, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead Poland-based initiatives while supporting the UK team with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in early careers / emerging talent delivery including graduate programmes.
• Understanding of end-to-end talent lifecycle processes across recruitment, onboarding and programme delivery.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BAU activity across recruitment, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding.
• Ensure consistent execution of the learner lifecycle across UK and Poland.
• Act as a key operational contact for business stakeholders and suppliers for programme delivery activities such as placements, performance reviews and feedback.
• Coordinate programme milestones including induction, graduation, feedback cycles and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate learner data and support reporting requirements.
• Support supplier performance management, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Oversee delivery of central learning and mandatory training; own allocation of Career Coaches and buddy networks.
