Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Kraków is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Talent Projects to help drive emerging talent programmes globally. The role focuses on high-potential leadership initiatives, tracking performance, and coordinating logistics and communications across multiple programmes.

You’ll support budgeting, reporting and briefing material for senior leaders, while coordinating events and virtual training to build future leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership / emerging talent delivery.
• Understanding end-to-end talent lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding and programme delivery.
• Designing, delivering and/or facilitating soft skills training; vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence up to Senior Leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with a passion for experience.
• Collaborative and delivery-oriented.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate High Potential programmes and future leadership pipelines, including admin, communications, tracking.
• Provide updates on programme performance to Head of Emerging Talent and Director.
• Track budgets, spend and KPIs for talent programmes.
• Create briefing packs for the Head of Emerging Talent on programme delivery.
• Manage programme logistics including bookings, timetables and transportation.
• Meet & Greet at High Potential events and run virtual learning events.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics across multiple programmes with reporting loops.
• Brief directors on event requirements and inputs.
• Coordinate broader talent activities such as talent cards and training needs.
• Support project plans, milestones, and reporting to talent committees.
• Own global reporting for emerging talent programmes and dashboards.
• Drive improvements within the global leadership team and operating standards.
