Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the DTC store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strong business performance.
• Plan and execute promotional and commercial activities to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies focused on acquisition, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends using sell-out data, Google Analytics, IQVIA, and Nielsen data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and support business planning processes.
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Shopping, and Performance Max channels.
• Collaborate closely with global teams to align local needs with global strategies.
• Coordinate product ordering and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
• Work with Marketing and Digital teams to plan initiatives aligned with national campaigns.
• Manage website content and product assortment, including pricing strategies.
