Job summary

TCL Electronics Europe is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in Warsaw to lead the planning, activation, and execution of digital marketing across Poland. You will help communicate TCL's products to Polish consumers, coordinate with retailers, and drive online performance.

You will manage brand channels, coordinate website updates with HQ, and oversee campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube, while applying GA4 analytics to optimize results.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in CE or tech-enabled sectors.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and KPI-based optimization.
• Excellent command of English for HQ collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, activate, and execute digital marketing campaigns in Poland to support TV, home electronics, and mobile categories.
• Develop omnichannel online communication plans with retailers to maximize product visibility and online sales.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to optimize campaigns across Google ecosystem and social platforms.
