WINIARY, a Nestlé brand, is seeking a Digital Ecosystem & Performance Lead to shape and grow its digital ecosystem in Warsaw. You will drive CRM, loyalty, first-party data, and AI-enabled marketing across channels to deliver measurable business impact.

You will own the strategy, collaborate with agencies, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize SEO/SEM and consumer journeys. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in digital marketing and customer engagement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and partnerships.
• Strong data-driven approach with focus on first-party data and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy and roadmap of the WINIARY digital ecosystem.
• Drive CRM, loyalty and first-party data growth.
• Own website performance across SEO, SEM and emerging AI search environments.
• Build connected consumer journeys across website, social media and influencer channels.
• Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
• Identify and implement innovative AI-powered solutions across marketing.
