eStoreLabs in Poland is seeking a detail-oriented Content & Compliance Specialist to drive product visibility on major e-retailer sites. You will upload and correct content, coordinate with freelancers, and ensure accuracy against requirements.

You will perform content audits, competitive research, and implement changes based on findings, while maintaining strong organization and client communication in a dynamic, mostly remote setting with monthly Warsaw office presence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in eCommerce/Digital
• Advanced level English (spoken and written)
• Experience with Amazon
• Comfort with repetitive tasks (audit – upload – update & live check)
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint
• SEO knowledge is a plus
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills
• Adaptability to new tools and technologies
• Attention to quality control and detail
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure product visibility on e-retailers' sites, upload and correct content
• Oversee content production, delegate tasks to freelancers and verify content accuracy
• Attend client meetings and actively participate in discussions
• Review information availability in the database and on retailer pages
• Conduct research, audits, competition analysis, and recommend changes
• Act on audit results to close content gaps
• Collaborate with a team of specialists
