Sii Poland seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our growing technology services team. You will guide project teams, shape solution architecture, and drive successful delivery from concept to deployment across international clients.

You will combine deep Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise with strong leadership, communication, and Agile/Waterfall project management. Residency in Poland and advanced English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a consultative/advisory role related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CE applications, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions with accurate estimates and thorough planning.
• Excellent leadership skills to guide project teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for client needs.
• Conducting QA through testing, defect resolution, and documentation processes.
• Producing technical documentation to support delivery workloads and handovers.
• Identifying gaps in customer requirements and designing compatible solutions.
• Implementing secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions within budget.
• Developing solutions with broad programming experience (C#, Visual Studio)
• Managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including Azure DevOps for backlog and source control.
• Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and breaking them into tasks with estimates.
