Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant in Warsaw to lead complex digital transformation projects for international clients. You will combine deep Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise with software development and leadership to guide teams from concept through deployment.

You will drive architecture, ensure quality, and manage scope using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with strong emphasis on security and scalability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a consultative/advisory role related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Expert knowledge of D365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong SDLC understanding; experience with Agile and Waterfall.
• Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions with accurate estimates.
• Excellent leadership to guide project teams.
• Advanced English level; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Perform QA, defect resolution, and maintain documentation.
• Produce concise technical docs to support delivery and handovers.
• Identify gaps in requirements and design fitting solutions.
• Deliver secure, quality, scalable, and long-lasting solutions.
• Use Visual Studio, C#, and related languages in development.
• Manage projects with Agile/Waterfall; use Azure DevOps for backlog and source control.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria; break work into tasks and estimate.
