Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join our Microsoft Business Applications team in Poland. You will design, implement, and develop solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in digital transformation projects.

The role blends consulting, technical, and business skills with a focus on process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. You will participate in integration and migration projects and support pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
• Proficient with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Experience running workshops, gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders.
• Knowledge of system integration, data migration, ALM and governance in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Ability to design solutions combining business and technical aspects.
• Fluent English for an international environment.
• Based in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, requirements analysis and business process mapping.
• Design and implement solutions on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Lead integration and migration projects within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Advise on selecting solutions aligning with business needs.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and architects on end-to-end execution.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, estimations and solution concepts.
