Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join the Microsoft Business Applications team. You will design, implement, and develop solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform for digital transformation projects.

The role blends consulting, technical, and business skills with emphasis on process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Experience with workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration.
Knowledge of system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Conduct workshops and map business processes.
Design and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Execute integration and migration projects in Microsoft ecosystem.
Advise on selecting solutions meeting business needs.
Collaborate with delivery teams and architects on end-to-end projects.
Participate in pre-sales activities, estimations, and solution concept prep.
