Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our growing technology services team. You will combine deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and software development with strong leadership to guide project teams from concept to deployment.

Your tasks include leading design and implementation, QA, documentation, and stakeholder沟通 across delivery lifecycles, while prioritizing security, quality, and scalability. Residency in Poland is required.

Qualifications

5+ years in a consultative/advisory role for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong SDLC understanding with Agile and Waterfall delivery experience.
Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Ensure quality through testing, defect resolution and documentation.
Produce technical documentation for delivery and handovers.
Identify gaps in requirements and design supporting solutions.
Develop with focus on security, quality, budget, scalability and longevity.
Utilize Visual Studio, C# and related languages to build solutions.
Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall; leverage Azure DevOps for backlog and source control.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and break them into tasks with estimates.
