Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to lead complex digital transformation projects for international clients. You will combine deep Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise with strong leadership to guide teams from concept to deployment.

You will design, implement, test, and document solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and delivery quality. Advanced English and Poland residency are required; experience across SDLC and hybrid methodologies is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in a consultative/advisory role for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Expert knowledge of D365 CE apps, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong SDLC understanding with Agile and Waterfall experience.
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions with accurate estimates and planning.
Excellent leadership to guide project teams.
Advanced English proficiency.
Residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for clients.
Ensure quality through testing, defect resolution, and documentation.
Produce technical docs to support delivery and handovers.
Identify gaps in requirements and design corresponding solutions.
Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Leverage programming experience in Visual Studio and C# to develop solutions.
Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall with Azure DevOps.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and break down work into tasks.
